Does Certified Email Have Legal Validity?

Yes, the same as a burofax. This has been recognized by the Supreme Court since 2013 in the order issued by the First Chamber in appeal 855/2010. In this case, a certified email was admitted as an effective form of communication to claim an amount owed by a solicitor to his client.

How is a Certified SMS Sent?
